Many of peoples can't wake up early because of their laziness,stress,late night sleep etc,..

1. Go to Bed soon as possible
Every human being need atleast 8hours rest to boost up their body...So eat early and sleep early to wake early.
2.Say to your mind
The body obey the command of our brain....So before sleep think about what should do in morning....say to yourself that you should wake early.. this technique is scientifically proven
3.Avoid over-eating at night
If u eat more...than your stomach take more time for digestion..so it leads sleepless night..So eat limit at night
